The Fund is pleased to confirm that it is distributing in aggregate approximately £24.8 million to those persons registered as holders of Run-Off Shares as at 30 September 2024, by way of compulsory redemption of a portion of each holder’s Run-Off Shares, representing approximately 49.8% of total Run-Off Shares NAV.

The exact amount payable to each Run-Off Shareholder, and the number of Run-Off Shares redeemed, will be confirmed on a contract note to be issued in due course, with payment of redemption proceeds to follow subject to receipt of any requested original paperwork.
